Since our products are not machine made in large quantities but in fact made by an artisan and in small batches, each batch could have a slight difference in the print due to the human involvement in the process. They may have slight irregularities, but that's what makes them truly one-of-a-kind!
As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email/sms with tracking details. Please do check your junk/spam emails too as sometimes the email gets labelled as such.
To view your order details, simply log in to your account on our website at (www.theunsolvd.com). Once logged in, navigate to the "Account" section to access all your past orders.
Yes, we accept returns and give store credit for the amount paid (minus the shipping fee). Returns must be placed within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. An amount of 99/- will be charged additionally for return orders and 150/- for exchange orders.
