Return & Exchange Policy

Applicability of Policy

By using the UNSOLVD Return/Exchange Portal and/or initiating a return or exchange request for product(s) purchased on theunsolvd.com, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy without modification.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not transact on theunsolvd.com.

Please note, we may update this policy from time to time. Every time you wish to use the portal, please review the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions applicable at that time.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • The product has not been worn, washed, cleaned, or tampered with.
  • Brand tags, original packaging, and accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged, or discarded.
  • The product is not altered, unless it is a proven vendor defect.
  • The return/exchange is initiated against the original order, and the product matches our records.
  • The product is free from foul odour, stains, scratches, dents, or damage.
  • If purchased as a set, the entire set must be returned/exchanged.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in saleable condition.
  • We are satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unusable.

General Terms

  • Order Cancellation: Cancellations are only permitted for COD orders and only before dispatch from our warehouse.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Address & Delivery Disclaimer: The phone number provided at checkout is used solely to assist delivery agents in locating your address and not for confirmation calls. A call is not guaranteed if the address is incorrect. We are not responsible for lost packages, failed deliveries, or incorrect deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.

Return Process

  • You must submit your return request within 72 hours of receiving the product via the Return/Exchange Portal (link provided on the website). Note: Requests via email or social media will not be considered valid.
  • Reverse pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you must ship the product to our warehouse at your own cost.
  • Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your pincode.
  • A return fee of INR 99 will be deducted to cover pickup and handling costs.
  • After the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo Quality Check (QC).
  • Once approved, a store credit (not bank refund) will be issued to your registered email.
  • Store credit validity: 3 months from the date of issue.
  • The complete process can take up to 15 days.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or damaged items received.
  • A complete unedited unboxing video (mandatory) clearly showing the product and damages must be provided.
  • You must submit your exchange request within 72 hours of receiving the product via the Exchange Portal. Note: Requests via email or social media will not be considered valid.
  • Reverse pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you must ship the product to our warehouse.
  • Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your pincode.
  • An exchange fee of INR 150 applies, which must be paid via a voucher provided by us before processing your request.
  • After QC approval, the desired size will be shipped.
  • The exchange process can take up to 15 days.
  • Note:- product(s) purchased during sale are not eligible for return/ exchange/ store credit

Store Credit

  • Once your return is verified and approved, store credit will be issued via email or directly to your account on our website.
  • The email will contain a unique code representing the credited amount after deducting pickup and handling fees.
  • Apply this code during checkout on your next purchase.
  • Please check your Spam/Promotions folder if you donโ€™t receive the email.
  • Store credit validity: 3 months from the date of issue.
